This programme provides 16 days of intensive training to meet specific employer needs. Accreditation at levels 3 or 4 for workforce development will be possible where learners are engaged in two or more training activities. These areas of training have been identified through employer liaison and are specific to the digital media industries. |

The workforce development training events are one day courses running 9.30am-5.00pm. Each course will run on two occasions during 2004. This training programme is heavily subsidised by the Gloucestershire Learning and Skills and will cost employers £60 per person per day. Trainers The courses are run by nationally recognised professionals who are expert in their field and excellent communicators. |
